AIM
To
provide participants with the knowledge, skills and attitudes to enable them to
live as independently as possible with family or friends.
OBJECTIVES:
On completion of this module a trainee will be able to

Prepare a breakfast and evening meal using the modules of IASCO8 (Breakfast Cookery) and IASCO2 (Food Preparation), plus modules IASCO1 (Baking) and IASCO4 (Almond Paste Work). |

2. |
Budget money for the week. |

3. |
Make a shopping list and shop in a local supermarket. |
|
4. |
Keep house or own room clean and tidy using module IASIO1 (Rooms Cleaning). |
|
5. |
Manage personal wardrobe and laundry using module IASIO3 (Laundry Skills). |
|
6. |
Clean office and workshop areas using module IASIO2 (Public Area Cleaning). |
