COMPENSATORY EDUCATION

DURATION:  8 weeks

AIM:

To provide an opportunity for each trainee to develop and improve their literacy and numeracy skills at individual level and pace, so as to enable them to be as functionally literate and numerate as possible.

OBJECTIVES:

Training will focus on each person’s needs and wants in relation to using literacy and numeracy in their everyday lives, including:

Where appropriate training will include, but not be exclusive, to the use of IAS modules IASNO4 (Using Information),  IASVO1 (Reading and Writing Project) and IASVO4 (Newsletter Production).
